How are the beats delivered after purchase?

Beats are delivered digitally via email or a download link.

When will I receive my files?

After checkout from the Beat Store, all files are instantly sent to the PayPal email you have used to make the purchase. Check your Spam folder too!

Are the beats still tagged when I purchase a license?

No, all licenses come with an untagged file of the mp3, WAV or both.

What if I have a question about a license or product purchase?

Please feel free to contact the me directly regarding an inquiries/concerns. You may use the Message button and social media links within my profile page(s), or the email address within your transaction receipt if you made a purchase.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions for multiple beat purchases?

Can I receive a refund if I am not satisfied with the beat I purchased?

We do not issue refunds. All sales are final. Digital products are not entitled to refunds as these are intangible goods and cannot be returned. Refunds are only granted in the event of a duplicate purchase.

What happens when I exceed the terms in my purchased contract?

If you exceeded any of the terms of your contract, you will need to either purchase an upgraded license from the producer or remove the content from any infringing locations as soon as possible.  Not doing so would be a violation of your contract, and can
pose legality issues between you and the copyright owner.
